True. I think it is a good story as it relays to the general public that those on the spectrum can possibly overcome what others think are limitations to what they can do.

There are past cases of Asperger attorneys who used their Asperger diagnosis in lawsuits.

Like this case from 2015

Carey claimed: "The Firm refused to accommodate Carey's disability or engage in the interactive process, specifically denying in 2014 that Carey is an 'employee' under California law and therefore protected by California's Fair Employment and Housing Act," the case filing said.
