1) Chuck Schumer, the very same Chuck Schumer that called 1/6 the day that will live in infamy and wanted to put all the Trump supporters that went to the U.S. Capitol that day on the "No-Fly" list, sponsored or cosponsored every itineration of Avonte's Law which would fund tracking devices across the country for autistic children and wards. Avonte's Law was strongly denounced by the neurodiversity movement, Ari Ne'eman and ASAN.

2) Nancy Pelosi had autism excluded from the Affordable Care Act of 2011 (H.R. 3200) that provides funding for Home and Community Based services (HCBS) that support mainstream inclusion and self-determination for autistic adults.

3) Charlie Crist, another Swamp congressman, former Florida governor, and now the 2022 gubernational rival against incumbent Governor DeSantis, has been applauded by Autism Speaks for pushing through state legislature, backing, and signing a bill requiring insurance companies to cover the infamous Applied Behavior Analysis as state governor. Christ is endorsed by the swamp and George Soros and Christ's running mate, Karla Matz, is a teacher's union president of Miami Dade County that has publicly mourned the death of communist dictator and mass murderer Fidel Castro.

4) Bills that would restrict gun rights to certain people with autism was voted by famous swamp members like AOC, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and Crist were also condemned by Ari Ne'eaman.

The same congress that didn't want to make a bill stopping the infamous Judge Rotenberg Center would rather pass a bill that hires 87,000 armed IRS agents. Communism and Socialism are not only the wrong solutions to real problems and barriers to equal rights and opportunities that people with autism and other neurodiversity conditions face. The Democrat party is not better if not worse than the right wing Trumpservatives and the Republican party when it comes to the progress of equal neurodiversity rights. From Day 1 of Trump's Inauguration, the Disability Rights community has understandably been scared of the Trump Administration and especially his first AG, Jeff Sessions. It's true that Trump clearly called for reinstitutionalization of the "seriously" mentally ill after the Dayton and El Paso shootings. And it's also true that Clarence Thomas a close ally of Trump, has spoken out against the Olmstead v. L.C. decision But Trump has made signs of progress for the disability right movement by signed bills dropping the ban on people using certain social security welfare needed for support for many people with autism from buying and owning guns, as well as extending the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program.

I agree with where you are going with this but you need to provide more links. The one link you provided was from 2008 when the belief that Autism should be cured was nearly universal, a situation that has changed. Does Crist still feel that way?

The vast majority JRC residents have for years been from New York City. This is no accident. A bill that would stop the practice of sending New Yorkers to the JRC unless they stop shocking people seems to have stalled out.

Red Flag Laws "permit police to petition a state court to order the temporary removal of firearms from a person who they believe may present a danger to others or themselves. A judge makes the determination to issue the order based on statements and actions made by the gun owner in question". Autistic atypical body language and speaking styles could be perceived as presenting a danger to others.

The "woke" censorship for "correct" ideas and language hurts Autistics who are genetically "wired" to use blunt and literal language. Unfortunately, all the sources about this require membership. James Damore is the most famous case of this. Google asked for feedback from their employees about their diversity program. It was understood by most that certain answers were expected. Damore interpreted the instructions literally and gave an opinion that was not wanted and was said to make his fellow employees feel unsafe. Damore was fired.

Both parties don't care about autistic people or their rights.

Both the Repubs and Dems suck, it's just that this SJW this and cancel that associated with the left (and the Dems cater to this) is out of hand and is just as much a danger. Everyone is talking about the right being dangerous but few people talking about the danger of the left? Why? The Overton window has shifted to the left for decades. I'm for the current large countries of the world order breaking into smaller polities anyway, so groups of people who are too high in population should not have to live under one single uniform set of politics.

The only reason either side would vote to fund tracking devices was if they owned stock in the companies that would provide them, or otherwise profit from the use and manufacture of such devices through fees or taxes.
