well i never got to see the number, only the percentile (99th percentile American scale, 97th percentile Canadian scale). i did get a glance and the sheet and all i know is that at least one of my numbers was above 130. my performance scale was at the 99.7th percentile so it could have been that, but i know my IQ score was around 130, either slightly above or slightly below.

Last time I took an IQ test, the results came back negative.

With the lame joke out of the way, I've usually scored 115-125 on IRL tests and up to 150 on an online IQ test.

About 135, but tests rarely qualify for much.
I might be smarter than most people, but I'm still no genius.

As a 4 year old I tested in the 190s.

In 8th grade there was a girl who accused me of trying to follow her around and copy her. One day our gifted teacher left a box with our personal files in it...including our gifted-class entry IQ tests. Hers was 141, mine was higher. That gave me a self-satisfied smirk for the rest of the year.

I haven't taken one recently, but if I drop 50 points every nine years I should be at about a 1 by the time I'm 40.

Also, some of my brain cells were killed off along the way, but they were probably the weak ones...

I got put in the 96th percentile last year, which, with some research, came to be (by my own estimate) 129. When I was 11, my IQ was 109. I think the second increased because I was in juvie for something stupid I did, and I had, out of sheer boredom, read 18 1982 encyclopedia sections front to back in the weeks before taking it. by the time I had left, I had gone through 42 different books, 18 reference, a few biographies, and all others were works of pure fiction. I have too much time on my hands...

I've not done many such tests and I would question their accuracy.

I have gotten between 130 - 160 depending on the test. I think I qualify as "gifted" even though I don't know who gave me this "gift" of "intelligence".

I took some recently, the lowest I got was 121, the highest I got was around 133...I don't really take them too seriously though.

130<IQ<170, but IQ tests measure intelligence inadequately in the same way a ruler is inadequate to determine how fast a car is capable of going.

My IQ is 134, don't bother with the online tests, they are total crap.

A healthy CaptainMac without any anxiety will score in the genius range.

However, test anxiety has brought in tons of false test results.

My actual IQ is 160+ according to those who have observed me. I was in gifted while in school and have long been a guy who has set curves on tests. However, I was not in the top 10% of my high school graduating class since I didn't take a bunch of APs. I do get the last laugh though--I will undoubtably graduate Summa Cum Laude from college while those people with inflated A's from AP courses have struggled to get B's because they drink and party all the time.

I just know that 15 years ago it was at 119, today... who the heck knows. :?: And yeah those online tests are only for entertainment :) I took one a year ago for the heck of it and the end result was 127. How can that be if I am pretty sure over the years I have lost a few brain cells?

My dad told me I was in the genius range but refused to tell me the number.

Anybody know any good online tests?

I'm curious about this now and won't let it drop until I have a number.

Well, I found an online test. I won't post a link because while the test itself looked legit, the site was obviously set up to scam people. It wanted you to agree to a bunch of offers and had a fairly sophisticated filter to keep you from providing bogus contact info. I got around it.

I got a 153, which according to Wikipedia is highly gifted.

Highest was 167 out of four tests. The average was the atomic mass of gadolinium (157.25).
I'm skeptical of the overall value of IQ tests, but I think they're OK as a rough benchmark.

online iq tests are very unreliable. i've scored anywhere between 115 and 145, depending on the test and if i was doing other stuff at the same time
