I used to go to Curves two or three times a week when I knew it wouldn't be very busy. Now I just have an elliptical machine in my apartment. Once it's not so horribly hot (no AC here), I'd like to use it three or four times a week.

I often do it, i love gymnastics at school, it's my favorite and the only subject i like, i love playing team sports such as basketball, football, "Innebandy" and "Slåball", which i think is the norwegian version of baseball. I used to be a great climber, maybe the best at my school in elementary and secondary school, My dad is also active, he used to be a semi-proffesional football player, my mom is also active, but she often sneaks some potatochips after exercise :shameonyou:.

Most of the other people in my family is not active, my little brothers are overweight and not the athletic types.

I go 4-5 times a week. Mostly just to do weights since i get my cardio from biking. (I can't stand doing cardio in a gym it's so boring) I plan to get a indoor bike to keep biking this winter.

I gym it up 5 nights a week. I like short, intense workouts, mostly with free weights. I'm usually in and out the door, worked-out and showered, in less than an hour. I don't get why so many people lounge about in gyms, taking their time.

I haven't been to the gym at all this week, though. Had a mild case of flu. I feel well enough to go tonight though, and I can't wait! It's gotten to the point now that if I miss a workout I get really pissed off.

Never, I just do some work outs at home and go for a half hour walk.

I go 6 times a week, I love it, it's a great stress releaser, and I live in California, so there's a lot of pressure to look good naked.

Twice a week at the minute - I'd love to go more, but it's 45 minutes away. And then the last time I went, I got on the wrong train coming back and it took me 2 hours to get home. *sigh*

When I get back to uni though, I probably won't go at all. The weights room there is populated by fanatics (I live with 2 of them), and they really don't approve of women or people who aren't serious about weight-training using the machines. I know I SHOULD be able to go in and do my thing anyway, and that I AM entitled to use the machines just as much as they are, but to be honest they're so unpleasant and go so far out of their way to make things difficult (like leaving bars loaded with heavy weights that I'm not strong enough to remove) that it's just not worth the hassle.

Which sucks, frankly.

I go three days a week, usually in the morning. I take to two low-impact aerobics classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, the rest of the time, I do weighttraining.
