How do you guys do it? I need to join a gym again or I'm gonna freak out. Is there a 24 hour gym you can get a membership to that is good in all cities?

I know I can go to multiple 24 Hour Fitnesses (the name of the gym) in Denver, but I don't know if it is good in all cities. Also if you are homeless, the more you work out the more you need to eat. I don't know if that is a problem or not.

"Anytime Fitness" is a very large chain that is open 24-7, and if you're a member at one gym you can go to them all without paying anything extra.

If you're dealing with being homeless, you need to save resources for necessities for living and getting a place to stay. At least where I have lived (both coasts) there are city parks with exercise routines and equipment in them. It isn't a free weight regimen or a high quality exercise bike, but it would at least help provide some release.
