Allergy to Corn

I am allergic to corn. It is not extreme but it is a real pain.
I have heard people with autism tend to have food allergies.
Anyone allergic to corn or something similar?
Let me tell you that I am enjoying pepsi throwback right now :)

I'm allergic to pork. Nothing major, but it always makes me sick to my stomach and makes me sleepy.

I did an elimination diet and discovered I am allergic to wheat protein (slightly to gluten) , casein a common allergen with AS and mildly allergic to corn and oranges. I have found it highly beneficial to drastically reduce sugar and ELIMINATE high fructose corn syrup. Food allergies are now being recognized to produce a type of psychosis I definitely have more anxiety frustration and fogginess after any sugar and allergens . I believe that many people have undiagnosed food allergies but a simply blood test will tell, the hard part is changing your diet.

I don't know what I would do if I was allergic to maize.

I have quite a few allergies, but most of them are not related to food. I am somewhat allergic to nuts (especially walnuts), and I don't handle dairy products very well. I am also quite allergic to florida oranges and grapefruits (which is a hybrid of florida orange and pomello), but strangely not to any other citrus fruits.

I know some folks who had to stop eating corn because their system just wouldn't digest it.
As for food allergies, mine are eggs, onions, cabbage, and celery (that I know of)
Milk does give me the "runs", as does cottage cheese, creme cheese, sour creme and yougurt.
However I can eat hard cheeses, butter, and ice creme with no problem.
