These past few weeks since about early Janurary I've been feeling off, sometimes I've been having stomach aches/indegestion or feeling iffy like now for example I've got a bad synus headache. But, it's not so much that that's bothering me it's that it's been giving me panic attacks and anxiety, all of a sudden if I get the slightet twinge I think I'm really ill and I start crying and shaking and panicking. I dont know what's going on, it's making me extremely unhappy and nervous all the time because I'm waiting for the next episode, I've just recovered from another panic attack over my headache and I'm still feeling emotionally fragile. When I'm with someone talking it calms me down, I'm going to my friends house in a minute and I should be OK when I get there but whenever I'm on my own again the panic and whatever ailment I've thought up this time will revisit.
Could anyone suggest what's happening? And any tips for easing anxiety/panic because I think I'm ill all the time?

I've had somewhat similar problems for the past 3 months or more now, I eventually found out about adjustment disorder after a bit of online research. It seems to fit. Talking is one of the therapies suggested for it.

I also found out about the enteric nervous system, it's like a second brain in your stomach. It can be effected by stress.

Breathing exercises and things like yoga can help a little bit. I haven't found a long term solution myself, apart from avoiding the things that cause me stress.

Thanks guys keep them coming in

Update: I had another one today, it didn't last long thankfully it was a minor one. I was still at my friend's house, the whole day was going perfectly until later at night then suddenly I felt this rush of panic, I knew straight away what was going on. I told my friend and he was like "I can see you're shaking alot" (no s**t sherlock) then I told him get the phone so I rang my mum and asked her to pick me up. I went downstairs and was freaking out and stuff, my friend was being ignorant and kept laughing at the crap on telly and talking about everyday things while I was CLEARLY agitated and needed him near me, he touched my back once because he wanted to see how shakey I was and he was like "wow" but I wanted him to keep his hand there, his dad told him to put his arm on me to calm me down, he said no and I felt really upset because the one time I need him most he didn't give a s**t (he's all over me when it suits him though).
My mum's friend has borrowed me a relaxation CD and a self help book on coping with anxiety and I'm going doctors on Monday.

Oh man I'm just so fed up :x
