I have only lived through two quakes - both when I was younger - and cannot remember if I experienced this. I know that most animals can feel one coming ahead of time. Perhaps this is just another aspect of the hypersensitivities most of us share. I know I can feel changes is the weather and tragic life events coming.

Yes, definitely. And when other people are around I seem to get those symptoms before anyone else notices anything. Feels like seasickness (if it lasted longer, anyway), or being very drunk (one aspect of it, anyway).

I've also noticed that in tall buildings on windy days, and on boats -- I get seasick within minutes of setting foot on one. I think it's from having a having a cranked-up vestibular sense.

Was the quake in northern of southern CA?

Yes, but I feel it in my feet, not so much in my head.

Evidently I've slept through a few mild quakes. Given that animals can predict them, it's reasonable to assume that humans would have varying amounts of sensitivity as well.
