It use to be one of my "obsessions"....I read about it more than I actually did it,but it always felt great when I did....I think its a perfet think for stress but could never control my breathing at the "proper" part of the stretch...when I tried, felt like I was smothering, which is not very relazing :D
I often think about starting again but I have two bunnys who poop every where and I hate vacumming so I cant do it on my icky carpet....all the "stuff" I collect also makes my apt. very cramped to do good stretchs....maybe someday..(bunnies dont live forever 8O )

I always get into it for a while and drop it for awhile, like everything I ever do. But if you're interested in a good book about it, check out Light on Yoga by BKS Iyengar. Its has lessons in the back of the book so you can teach yourself.

I used to do it a lot in dance. That and pilates, both of which are often used as dance warm-ups.

I am going to a nearby gym to take a yoga class. Yoga is definitely becoming my outlet to reduce my stress level.
