Hooray. Does anybody count down the days until baseball season starts? I love the Red Sox. They are my team. Go Sox!

I've loved it since I was four years old, six year before I found out I had Asperger's.

If you were a woman, I would want to marry you.

Yeah, it is wierd how many people jumped on the bandwagon and wear Texas gear these days. Most of them never even went to UT, or any other college for that matter. But after suffering through all those years the 1980s and 90s when we sucked, I'll gladly accept the "t-shirt fans" along with a championship in my lifetime.

And now, before completely hijacking this thread, back to baseball. I'm going to Chicago in April and get to see a Cubs game against the Cardinals. Should be a great game, lound and intense- it early in the year so their fans will be into it (hope speings eternal) against a rival. Last time I was in Chi-town in 1998 I got to see the Cubs home opener. We sat in the outfield bleachers and had a blast! It was like sitting in the student section at a college football game. Everyone was pounding beer the whole game even though it was 40 degrees. I drank half of one and started shivering because I was so cold. It was the year after Harry Carey died so they had a big memorial to him during the 7th inning stretch. Good times! Looking forward to doing it again.

Another Red Sox fan here. Baseball is an obsession of mine. I'm reading the Boston Globe this morning, with 3+ pages of coverage, and I'm getting all excited. Opening day is like a holiday for me.

And best of all, there'll be no Keith Foulke to almost ruin it this year!

Meh...Stupid Phillies are going to finish slightly over .500 again and miss the playoffs by a few games probably. I hate the NL East. Prediction: Down year for Ryan Howard.

I thought the Eagles were going to be horrible, so then again what do I know? :?

Let's go Red Sox!
Although, I have a weird feeling that the Toronto Blue Jays have a valid chance for a good playoff race. The ownership has lots of cash to spend to improve their team.

So, let's go either, or.
