Wow could fat be an aspie thing? If yes, then I can try dealing with it from that angle, might work.

I was overweight, but I'm getting trimmer. I've lost a stone and am no longer overweight.

I think the main problem with some aspies is that they simply don't get out much. Kids who have friends walk to each other's houses, walk around town etc.., if you can see what I mean. I reccomend an Exercise bike. Go on that while you're watching TV or playing video games and the weight will just melt off! :)

I also went to the Gym too, but that was for muscle-bulking, which I still do now. 8)

I'm thin but I wouldn't call myself fit or healthy.

I'm quite fit. If I don't exercise regularly I go nuts.

Where I am now will make me work out more due to walking to places. I'm so close to antique stores and a book store and eating places.

I'm not healthy, but I'm not fat. I'm flabby.

I'm actually underweight but because of the way I dress I appear fat.

I was overweight about 4 years ago but now I think I'm a bit too thin. So I've started lifting weights.

If there had been an option for not fat but not particularly fit either, I'd have voted for that one.

I consider myself to be fat even at the lower end of normal weight for me, so I couldn't answer honestly.

I am fairly fit though as I exercise generally for around 6 hours a week, mainly magnetic resistance exercise cycle and my own exercises, aerobic style.

Im still a tiny bit overweight, but as a result of learning how to cook for myself, practicing Aikido and Taekwondo, and a few other factors, I've gone from seriously overweight to pretty fit.

I don't much enjoy some of the training, and I imagine i'd still be seriously overweight if I didnt have a huge incentive to get good ASAP at my chosen martial arts. It's also good because going to the same dojos forces me to keep up social interactions where I wouldn't otherwise.

Kudos to you, martial arts are great, I keep meaning to get involved as I have an interest in shaolin and staff work.
