someone told me that i was extremely predictable, and that i should vary my routine from time to time to retain experiential freshness, so today i decided to lave lunch for breakfast and breakfast for lunch. so i had lunch at 10am and it consisted of 2 poached eggs on toast (which i would usually have for breakfast), and i had a hamburger with soft egg and cheese and extra onions at 2 pm for breakfast (which i would usually eat for lunch). what a wild day of intrigue.

i behave spontaneously due to receiving advice from others.

Usually cereal or porridge.
If I'm at my parents' house on a Sunday my dad makes us a full veggie cooked breakfast.
If I want to treat myself I have lemon and raisin scotch pancakes.

three dots say more than my posts they replace in all circumstances.

maybe i should start posting only 3 dots for every post i want to make and leave the intended content of those posts up to others imaginations.

I never used to bother much with breakfast, just a cup of coffee, but since last month I've taken to having porridge at home then a coffee when I get to work.

I've eaten sugary cereal all my life--not Lucky Charms or Fruit Loops, but the kind that looks healthy (think Honey Bunches of Oats or granola.) But, starting today, I've made a plan to eat healthier. I had turkey on whole-grain rice cakes--and yes, I ate breakfast at 7:30 the morning. I'm an early bird, and I love to eat, so I get up early and eat first thing.

black coffee and cigarettes.

Although I do have breakfast for dinner fairly often: eggs, toast with butter and jam, way too much bacon or sausage, corn beef hash, hash brown potatoes and a half gallon of orange juice. I usually cover most of it with enough cheese to make my arteries vomit.

i had breakfast at 5pm this afternoon. i layed in bed all day (nestled in my electric blankets warmth) and watched "dynamo" (the magician) that i recorded using a link function (he is a genius), and also a few episodes of "house" that i also recorded. my "breakfast" consisted of "sweet and sour pork", and a carton of "special fried rice".
whatever. tomorrow is another day.

tomorrow is a sunday.
it is just another "dumb day"
a day when nothing happens
and it is just recalled as "some day"

if any thing happens that i wish to report.

My favourite breakfast of all would be porridge with Greek yoghurt and honey and a banana or some other kind of fruit all mixed together in a bowl. In fact I could probably eat it at any time of day.
