Sorry your tummy's upset. What kind(s) of juice did you have, if I may ask? When I was a kid, I sometimes drank cranberry juice when I was sick, but it would irritate my stomach and make me feel worse.
Do you take any upset tummy medications, such as Tums, Mylanta, or Pepto-Bismol? I never really liked any of those (the unpleasant (to me) taste often made me feel worse) but if they've worked for you in the past, it might not hurt to take some. Usually I find what helps me when I have an upset tummy is to try going to the bathroom to see if the problem is a "movement" that needs to come out (sorry for the TMI), have something bland to eat like bananas if the problem is hunger pains (though it sounds as if you've done that already with the pudding), or if my tummy problems are due to anxiety, do something relaxing, like sing to myself, tell myself, "I'm okay, I'm okay, I'm okay" over and over, think about my special interests, different things/memories that make me feel "safe," stroke one of my comfort items or plushies, or if I'm able, lie in bed with my laptop or MP3 player and relax by watching funny or soothing videos/listening to music. All my plushies are usually in bed with me, too, which makes me feel better.
Hope some of this helps. Hope you feel better soon.
