Only about a month ago I could drift of to sleep in 10 mins. In the last few weeks though its taking me a number of hours to fall asleep.



Can you give me a list of random guesses as to why it has become harder for me to fall asleep?

I don't know, but I've just ruined my good sleep pattern by obsessive computer usage this evening. Hope mine goes back to normal, too. God help me to sleep a nice one hour this night! It's a nice long day tomorrow.

-Stress
-Anxiety
-Overstimulation an hour prior to going to bed with TV or Computer
-Workingout before going to bed
-Eating before going to bed
-Caffeine
