It is really hard finding good gluten-free recipes. I've bought books that were dedicated to a gluten-free diet and even then I often only liked 2-3 of the recipes. Most cookbooks will not cater to any individual's personal taste.

That's why this website is ingenious. You search for whatever you want. As long as you've got a printer it's great!

Anyone else use it? Or going to give it a go?

It has something for everyone, all written by professional chefs too.

I use recipes for inspiration more than anything, if I'm looking for something different to eat or have an ingredient I want to use but am not quite sure how to.

I just cook. I think I have enough skill to realize when a recipe is going to be terrible or not, for the most part.

I'm also dairy free too, and won't use some flours.

I'm fine with cooking on my own, no recipes. Baking, not so good I suppose.

This is great (as long as you can have eggs and dairy and chocolate) I have it every year on my birthday.

Eating great food that you know is gluten-free is your path to healing. Cooking for yourself or your hilarious friends or your kids is a gift you give.
