At most I'll drink up to three or four cups of coffee a day, though I consume caffeine in a lot of other ways too, like through colas, energy drinks, and even straight-up caffeine pills. I'm a bit of a caffeine junkie, and while it's not at all good for my anxiety, I find it helps with my depression somewhat, and it can sometimes give me the pick-me-up I need to get s**t done. Ironically, the ritual of making a cup of coffee and slowly sipping it can actually be pretty relaxing for me, despite the fact that the coffee itself is a stimulant.
Caffeine and energy drinks in particular actually used to be a special interest of mine, and it was really cool back when they were new and new varieties were coming out all the time. Then Health Canada started putting regulations on them and made them a lot less interesting. I miss the days where a 16oz can of NOS had 250mg of caffeine.
