Do people here tried Slim Fast or another diet drink? Did you buy protein bars or diet bars?

Hi, I think before using any drink you need to ask your nutritionist.

Idk what slim fast is but in my experience every single diet drink that claims it will help you lose weight and 'get toned' is bs.

I used to drink protein shakes after every workout, or the occasional protein bar. I am definitely not against them, I think they can be very convenient, but these days I am really trying to get protein from more nutrient dense sources(steak, eggs, fish, organ meats).

I find it absolutely ridiculous when someone who just drank a coke and devoured a snickers bar, act as if protein supplements are dangerous...

I have protein bars for treats sometimes (instead of more calorific food), but I don't really use them for dieting. Unless you have some sort of medical condition I don't know about or you are a massive bodybuilder, you can get sufficient protein from regular food.

I don't do any diet stuff. All those are scams. If you really want to lose weight, just eat small portions and drink water instead of juice and other fluids that have calories and cut back on sugar and junk food. Also exercise.
