My cousin who goes to the gym can lift the heaviest weights on the machines there. He’s 6ft3 1/2 and recently weighed in at 250 on the scales in the gym he attends which technically means he’s obese.
My cousin confided in me yesterday that he thinks he has a problem with his weight. Do you think over time he should achieve a more healthier weight/body mass index? What weight do you think he should aim to get down to for his height?
Mind you my friend does not look fat just broad/muscular.

It depends on his individual body type.
An ideal weight might range from like 180 to 240 pounds or so for a guy his size.
If he doesn’t look fat, or feel fat, he shouldn’t bother losing weight.
I’m 5 foot 5, and weigh 167 pounds. I’m probably 20 pounds overweight because I have a medium build. If I had a mesomorph build. I’d be at about my ideal weight.
