The whole dang family is sick!

My wife got sick first, then me, then our son! It's been like four days, I've officially coughed and sneezed so hard that ive bruised my ribs or something cause its hurting so bad and i can't cough without pain now.

I hate being sick!! !

I've had similar, where it's like the muscles are so sore you can't effectively cough anymore, but still involuntarily attempt to cough.

Hope you're doing better soon.

You've got lurgy

The worst part is im a hypochondriac so i don't want to take any medication cause I've over researched every side effect ever

Please take care of your health and your families too of course ... .. Had a Doc suggest an odd treatment I thought
....Was to put a eating pad on my chest for 20 mins before falling asleep bed.while laying down.....it did seem to help .
Different Doc years before him told me to add a Vitamin E full spectrum supplement too. back then that seemed to slowly get at my chest cough. And obviously no smoking of anything .. but he was a fan of "HEPA in room air filters" too.
And kept telling my house heating was causing a drying effect inside my lungs ....but I followed directions and got better... but those are just my own experiences.
