Hi Ligea_Seroua'
I'm in same position as your Mum!
Have kept up with latest research...not snake oil brigade..... and recommend your Mum looks up DR Sarah Myhill+ Mitochondrial dysfunction onthe web. Dr Myhill and her team are in Wales and have done some excellent research which enables ME/CFS to be tested through Mitochondrial Function Tests. This allows the pinpointing of systemic weaknesses and therefore appropriate supplements may be prescribed.
I'm awaiting the results of Adrenal, Thyroid and Mitochondrial function tests after many fruitless attempts to find someone who was au fait with Myhill & co team and their work.

I urge you or your Mum to Google Dr S Myhill & Co.

I would agree with anyone who has constant fatigue, particularly with other symptoms, having mitochondrial tests & an endocrine workup. Mito medicine is a newish area, but if you aren't making ATP properly obviously things aren't going to work very well.

Thanks! Although my mum/computer....umm. What will happen is :-
I'll tell her, she'll forget.
I'll tell her again, she'll be in the middle of something, not respond and I'll assume she's disinterested.
I'll tell her again...and I'm "perseverating"

AS and CFS in two separate individuals = extra things to row about. Can't even agree on the ambient temperature of the room, one of us ends up sweating or shivering............
