I often hesitate to share this when meeting people. I also hesitate to share it with people I DO know well who are much valued friends of mine. But I absolutely LOVE foot massage! I just remember all the times in the 1990s I saw couples on TV, it was always the woman getting a foot massage. I think more guys should experience it and decide if they like it. It's NOT supposed to be a feminine thing!
I own 2 electromechanical foot massagers and plan to buy several more. But I wanna get foot massages from a live person someday, and give foot massages back to that person. My ex girlfriend would have been that one. I remember asked her how it feels when I stroke the top of her right foot from ankle to toes, then:
She: Good. Feels like you want to give me a good foot massage.
Me: Yes. If we just had some massage oil we could give each other foot massages.

When the backs of my hands are stroked from wrist to fingertips, my emotional response to the sensation is an intense state of comfort, but when the tops of my feet are stroked from ankle to toes, my emotional response is an even more intense state of comfort. I love-it (smile)!
And when I first moved to Bay City, MI, I had left my foot massagers in Santa Ana, CA with my best friend. I told my ex girlfriend I feared my best friend's boyfriend not returning them and my ex girlfriend offered to manually give me a foot massage. Now that's an offer I think is hard to come by...for a guy that is. But my best friend's boyfriend DID send me my foot massagers AND everything else that was mine.
My partner & I must be TOTALLY BAREFOOT when receiving the foot massages. This way we will feel it more and have a clearer idea whether or not we like each other's techniques.
I just don't have any single, female friends anymore. Because I only have clear enough communication with other tactile signers, I can only let myself offer foot massages to tactile signers. The only reason I don't offer foot massages to other men is because I am not gay and even though the feet are not sexual body parts society does look at men giving each other foot massages as a gay thing.
When washing my feet in the shower, I massage them a bit. As soon as I get my massage oil that I ordered, I'll be giving myself foot massages of longer duration with much slower strokes. That way I can "practice" for when I find someone to whom it'd be practical to offer a foot massage.
I do not have a foot fetish. But I do often stare at the feet of women who wear certain colors of toenail polish and are either wearing flip flops or are totally barefoot. It's just admiration of a NON-sexual nature.
Now when I first started using electromechanical foot massagers, I would get a penile erection. But now, my body has adjusted so that that does not happen, or if it ever does, my penile erection does not last the entire duration of the foot massage. It's called foot massage increases blood flow to the entire body, and in men, that does include the penis. An increase in blood flow to the penis is how an erection happens.
