When its on the part about the "Bacon and Cheese," you can pause and you'll see that the ingredient list contains "Asperger Syndrome" :?

ALso, I'm not fat. At all. If anything, I'm too skinny.

Some breads are better than others. Whole wheat bread is better for you than white bread, as it's less processed, and it has more fiber. I think that counting calories isn't nearly as important as having a balanced diet, although calorie counting is a useful tool in trying to lose weight and see exactly what and how much you're eating. It's best to conduct a diet history, preferably for a week, to see what your diet consists of, what time of day you're having the meals, and portion size. It's a very visual tool for people to see how balanced or imbalanced their diet is. Some days I didn't realize that I wasn't even consuming fruit or hardly any vegetables, which are important in our diet. It's also important to at least get some variety in your diet. Different foods mean different nutrients that your body gets to absorb, and it's a bit less boring. It's important to try to choose the most healthy, affordable food as compared to only the most affordable food, despite its quality. In the long run they say that having a better diet, rather than more money in your pocket, will save you money because your body will be healthier. It's investing in your future, and you'll feel a lot better about yourself. It's also good to get exercise by doing something that you actually like to do, like join a sports club, hiking, swimming, or whatever. It's a good way to get out and make some new friends, have some fun, and get some fresh air.

I agree - tuna is one of the best things you can eat on a diet - lots of protein and not many carbs. This is especially true if you get lots of exercise. This will help you use the protein to burn off your stores of fat. Whole wheat in anything is very good for you.

Personally, I love tuna sandwiches.

Yeah. A lot of fast food is really for you, more than they let on! Like at Taco Bell, even without the cheese and sauce, a burrito still has a lot of calories.

Not sure why exactly, but most Mexican food has a lot of calories in it.

Tastes good, though!

WRONG.
As usual in everything, it depends on what you eat. A couple of REAL tacos (not Taco Bell): healthy.
Btw I'm on a diet and the doctor told me to eat a couple of tacos every week.
There are TONS of options when it comes to food from down here, tons. And it can be summed up in one word: measure.
You can't eat tamales, tortas or quesadillas every day.
Choose wisely: roasted chicken (pollo loco) is Very healthy, of course eat it without the skin.
Pico de gallo salsa: healthy.
chicken Tostadas: healthy. Of course don't drown it in cream.
I'm sleepy so I'll stop by now.

If you go to Mexico and eat the local food, your beliefs might be right. However, that is not an option for most of us. Food served in Mexican restaurants is in fact very high in calories. If you bothered to do some research before posting, you would already know this.
