I don't eat meat and try not to eat too many additives or junk type foods. I like to look after my health and I feel better in myself if I eat well. My weakness would be chocolate and kids jelly tyoe sweets :wink:

that is scary as all-get-out. if you lost more than 20% of your body weight within 3 months or so, that may be a sign of diabetes. my dad went from 300# on a 6' frame, down to 130 within 6 months, before he collapsed one day from diabetic shock. a visit to a doc would be prudent.

I hope not... I just put it down to the fact that my appatite is getting smaller.

I make sure I don't get fat but that's about it. I wish I could eat more. I love food.

I like bread, and I like a lot of vegetables, or at least I don't hate them.
So yeah you could say my entire diet tastes good.
