Best mile I ever ran was something like 6:20 my freshman year of high school. Whatever, I hate running.
Baseball was my thing. When I was a sophomore (playing some JV and some varsity) in 40 or so games I hit like .350 in the 2-hole with 4 dongs and more than half my hits were extra base.
What I'm most proud of with that though was in 7th grade I played with this crazy coach that signed us up to tournaments every weekend outside of our actual league. The league was like 15 games but within that time we played 63. I was a 7-hole hitter with like a .280 average but the awesome thing was I struck out only 8 times total in 63 games, probably 250+ at-bats.
And I've always been a smallish guy and devoid of much power, but I swing my balls off and although I didn't hit home runs then, again (like every season I ever played baseball) more than half my hits were gap-shot doubles.
That coach's son was a drafted minor league ballplayer, and he saw me at age 13 and said I literally had the purest swing he ever saw in his life (it's admittedly a bit of an uppercut, but I'm not gonna lie it is indeed beautiful ) . Maybe I should have stuck with baseball.

I think they made themselves perfectly clear.
