For my size I guess im pretty strong. 5'6" 105 pounds. My legs are really strong from soccer and i got a nasty kick, but arms are like sticks though. But if you try to twist my arms into mercy... well i have double jointed elbows so i can contort them in various ways. If i were to get in a fight with someone I wrestle someone down who isnt twice my size.

But Kamikaze Chirs is a beast. She'll dive at your legs and break them. But if you push her she's most likely to fall on her @$$ as a result of poor balance. But she always gets back up cause she has god like tolerance for pain. Then she goes and runs straight into you and either a) destroys you and you fall in a heap or b) you're obese and she just bounces off you. It's usually b. But it's the thought that counts!

im quite tall but not thin (nor fat) so id say im medium build in terms of muscle ratio, but if im defending myself or someone/thing i hold dear i tend to get angry and this gives me a huge strength boost, ive never dont any proper weight training but i can lift some quite heavy stuff and hit hard and fast if i need to fight (but im crap at DIY, furniture etc because i get nervous and cant grip anything  )

Scratch that, Me and Kamikaze Chris (which is me in case you dont know that) are bothe very emotionally weak, i have a ver very very very thin skin, and alot of things hurt my feelings, so i guess my physical strenght makes up for it. I cry alot too.

My weight is around 160-170 it varies and here are all my stats on my lifts and just so that everyone knows this is with free-weights since the machines are much easier to do (On the squat machine i could do around 365 or so and well you get the idea) I prefer free weights because they build up your stabilizing muscles as well as the main ones which most weight machines with fixed movement paths do not
Bench press: 165
Power clean: 185
Push press: 155
Squats: 225
Deadlift: 245

Compared to my weight they are all good except for push press (dont work on shoulder muscles much) but besides that i think im good and if anyone is wondering deadlift is highest because our coach makes us do bent over rows with dumbells every day

I can lift up to 172 lbs. I have thrown a gang leader down in a fight He was about 100-150 lbs. I have thrown my brother down many times He's about 80-100 lbs. I have taken my Dad down in Armwrestling. My biceps measure 13.5 inches.

I am 165 lbs, 6 feet tall and strong on the marathoning and flexibility side. I also have good leg strength. I am gifted in martial arts, mainly kung fu, Tae-kwon-do, and currently leaning more towards jiu jutsu. I prefer to avoid and negotiate away from fights but also to make a stand for what is right.

I am pretty weak and 20lbs overweight, 40lbs above my ideal body weight. But I've been doing resistance training, DDR, and stationary biking lately in an effort to be fit again. I must be strong and refrain from ice cream 8) Mmm ice cream. Anyway, I use 10lbs weighs for my arms doing several reps of bicep curls and whatnot. I get pretty tired from that, haha.

I'm a 17-year-old straight male and I'm probably about as strong as the average girl. I'm really puny. Caring about being muscular just seems so superficial to me, so I don't waste my time with it.

I once caused half of the Shin-Ra hedquarters to collapse without even looking at it. That didn't stop Cloud. He just used his gigantic sword to cut the falling chunks of wall, then Omni-Slashed me. I'll come back for him. I always come back. The Jenova Cells inside of me do not allow true death. I can also lift, and effectively use, a six foot long nodachi. It's only one inch shorter than me.

I rarely go to a gym now but I can do one armed pushups about 40 on each side and I weigh 88 kg. I am 53 and I have met plenty of fat NTs who cannot even do a single pushup with both hands  , but they still brag about their sporting achievements they did when they were young as they are now watching the football while they are clutching a bottle of Bud light or VB on their beer gut while they are sprawled out on the couch. I have no great sporting achievements I can brag about when I was young or any time but least l didn't let myself go like that. :(

I am decently strong, but when testosterone is pumping you are about 10 times as strong as normal, if not more,. That's why self defense usually ends up with the attacked winning often.

Edit: In 3rd grade, I was jumped by 4 muslim kids in detroit. Beat them all up because I had good testosterone.

I have a lot better lower body strength than upper body. I can sumo deadlift 355, I did 335 for a double. Squats I got to 365x5 with a manta ray, but that was with a manta ray and questionable depth. Olympic style squats, where you go ALL the way down and pause and drive out of the hole, my bests are 235x2, and for a Olympic front squat, 185x1. Push press and split jerk, the most I've gotten is 155 up over my head. Snatch, 105. Strict overhead press, max is 115, did doubles with 105 awhile ago. Bench, no real idea. On an incline, my max is 125, I did do one for 135 benching on a flat, and a set of 5 with a spotter, who had one finger per hand on the bar. I don't bench often, nor do much upper body work in general, as my sport is ice skating, and that's more the legs and back that needs power. So...yeah. As far as my strength goals, I'd like double bodyweight deadlift and squats, (so about 380, almost there with the deadlift, maybe a 500-600 deadlift would be better) and a bodyweight clean and jerk and snatch, and a bodyweight strict overhead press. Ideally I'd like to beat my dad's Olympic lift records, his bests were 170 snatch, 260 clean and jerk, but at a heavier bodyweight than me. He was 218 bodyweight when he did that in the 80s, I'm 195 and sorta kinda close. I think once I get weightlifting shoes, I'll be able to correct the balance issues I got and see my lifts really take off.

As far as fights, hell if I know. I can knock down 200lbish punching stands with punches and palm strikes. Against a person? Who knows.

I was in some fights as a kid due to bullying but I couldn't defend myself worth a sh!t. I have weak upper body strength. I'm overweight & most all my fat is stored in my stomach & chest. I'm good at standing & walking thou
