I once weight 240 pounds now down to 179 pounds. cut back soda pop, that's the big one.
run,swim,bike, join a gym, martial arts. Eat good

I like that site a lot, even though it calls "overweight" a "health problem".
I dunno what it is with the Western obsession with wheat. 8O
Being a vegan, I also find that the veg community in particular is addicted to the stuff, with seitan, and incessant chirping about "whole grains" and such.
