Hi, i get my info from the latest research and methods. Real food is really the best you can give your body, and if you eat 90 mins before exercise then you can wait 4 hours until your next meal. Working out doesn't mean your body is suddenly empty of food, as it's still digesting the meal before exercise.
New date show that more then 60 grammes of protein a day leads to cancers. I like to follow the newest research.

Burning more calories will obviously make you take in more calories. What you eat, when you eat, and how often you eat are very important. If you are eating only a few times a day with big gaps in between and lots of carbs of course your not going to get rid of body fat. Eating something every 3-4 hours is a good way to keep your metabolism going (meal snack meal snack etc). Stay away from processed carbs like breads, white rice, and pasta's if you want to drop fat.
