it varies. recently if i'm in a bit of a rush and need something with carbs/energy i'll have a mix of peanut butter, linseeds, sunflower or other seeds, porridge oats, raisins and milk, milk substitute or natural yoghurt. sometimes i add cocoa powder and or almonds too. very tasty, quite nutritious and quick

otherwise i'll have some sort of mix of egg, bacon, sausage (meat) baked beans and maybe a home made rosti. usually if i do this i'll have some fruit also

sometimes leftovers are perfect too. i try to listen to what my body wants in terms of nutrition but whether i can or not i don't know!

some tasty ideas in this thread.
Tequilla, that fry up looks awesome, probably the right portion size if you eat it regularly but i usually go for twice that  (black pudding is awesome)

From my personal daily rhythm, morning is around 11:00 - 12:00. ^^ so on weekend and holidays I usually take some milk with whole grain products. Whole grain bread with some cheese, an cooked egg, maybe some orange juice, some fruits and vegetaries, Green tea with citron and honey. May sound a bit much but I usually dont get hungry during day so I dont have "midday-meal" and my next meal time is around 00:00.

If I had to get up earlier then my personal rythm tells me, because of work, I usually dont breakfast because my stomaches seems to be still sleeping until midday. So if I eat something around 8:00 it feels as if everything I eat would lie like a stone in my stomache and I am starting to smell out of my mouth. Around 12:00, my normal breakfast time, I get hungry and then I normally have some joghurt, fruits, vegetaries I cut into pieces during my lunch break, and I eat them afterwards during work. So its more of a brunch, because I dont want to eat typical midday meals as first meal of the day.

In the morning I can only bear a cup of tea, and maybe some chocolate or a toast. I don't like eating in the morning.

I usually get a popsicle, coffee, or a hot chocolate, but if I'm hungry in the morning, I eat oatmeal.

Right now I have raw oats softened with unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon and almond butter since I cannot cook. I used to imitate French breakfasts: some type of wholegrain cracker (mostly rye or wheat) spread with almond butter (used to be peanut butter) and applesauce or preserves, dipped in a hot drink made of chocolate and some sort of non-dairy milk (usually rice milk). Once I have access to a kitchen again, I plan to try to have something vegetable-based at least some mornings, like miso soup with kale or something in it.

If morning means, what it means for me, its about 11:00 before midday, and I will eat some bread with fresh milk cheese (A kind of branch.), some fruits, a big cup of tea, an soft egg (so only partly boiled so that the middle still is soft) and a small cup with some normal milk with musli cereals.

If morning means, what it means for my chef, its about 7:30 in the morning and I drink a Cola or Red Bull in the car, to be at least half awake, when I am in the company. :(
