Martial arts is pretty varied.
Most did not work out as I do not have a "forward attitude". Their way of saying I do not have an overwhelming desire to dominate whoever may be in front of me.

Japanese sword is an individual sport, not allowed to really cut someone in half. This I can do.

Draw the sword 1000 times to know what it is. Draw the sword 5000 time to know how it is. Draw the sword 10,000 times to understand.
Can you spell repetition?

And every draw must be perfect or it is not practice, 1000 x 0 equals 0.
I can also spell anal.

Teams were tough for me same as a majority of posters here.

Rugby. Muddy, and I have people to take my anger out on. It's a win-win!

There are certain aspects of American football that I do like, but really... they're all completely protected and at best you get 7 seconds of action and about two minutes of figuring out who caught the ball.

I run about 30-35 miles per week, and I swim 5-6 miles per week. Swimming laps is like meditation to me because I can only think about my form, breathing, and counting....no obsessive thinking!
