I hate using superlatives but IMHO that was the best football game I've ever watched. NCAA football, and specifically the SEC, is the only sport I really ever follow. Lots of good-natured smack talk amongst my friends and family and even a bama or buckeye fan too. In light of all the crazy behavior by a small few bama fans since the game we have shut down football talk. (personally, facebook, twitter, etc...)

I'm all for a college football thread and ill participate when SEC stuff is relevant but till the darkness and shame bama brought fades away I'll keep it to a minimum. Sad really, its only a handful of bad seeds doing it but murder? over a G.D. football game??? Bad vibes. Google news reports if need be, the negativity doesnt need to infect WP also.

Agree with both of you. It was, at the very least, the greatest ending to a football game I've ever seen. Simply stunning.

^^^Murder? I haven't been able to see any news lately, so I haven't heard about any murder over the football game.

I am an Alabama fan but I congratulate Auburn heartily for their win and I am glad they are going to the SEC Championship. And that WAS an amazing end to one of the most exciting games ever!

Anyone up on who;s winning the Heisman this year?

Nearly 3 weeks and a whole bunch of bowl games later.....can't wait for Bama-Oklahoma tomorrow night.
