Last thing I saw was the ice skating competition. Don't remember who it was though.

I've been watching them since the beginning. I like men's and women's hockey the best for obvious reasons. I also enjoy watching the other sports as well. I didn't like the opening ceremonies that much until the Germans came out in their Sargent Pepper outfits and Team Canada came out. I sure enjoyed the jokes about the 5th Ring, though. Some parts of the ceremonies were a little too straight for me (sorry). :colors:

Was watching late last night the alpine skiing. Poor US competitor fell in one of her trials.

This just in: Both the men's and women's hockey teams of the host nation, Russia, have been eliminated and leave these Olympics empty-handed.

Yes, there was a time when the USSR was the dominant ice hockey force on the world stage. They haven't been the same since the dissolution....... how the mighty have fallen.
