My garden is on a rotation where I start two jars every day: One with some combination of beans, peas, lentils and wheat and one with one of the various sprouting mixes I have

I'm still doing two jars a day, but my bean sprout crop has been reduced to 3 spontaneous jars from 4. This just means that I'm harvesting them when they're a day younger. They were looking a little unhappy by harvest at day 4.

I'm still building this garden and learning techniques to keep it happy. It was a very different garden and month ago. :)

I reduced the number of jars I had growing by eating two of them today :)

That's awesome. Growing up, my family always grew a sizable garden, and all of us still do today. We have grown some of the best tasting food I've ever eaten, and it is far more healthy for you too. The stuff they sell at the grocery store is sh*t. It really is. I think most people don't realize it either until they've eaten a tomato or spinach that was naturally grown with no pesticides or fertilizers of any kind. Fresh spinach would blow your mind, you can hardly believe the garbage you get at the store is the same plant, haha.
