I walk lots each week, and sometimes jog in warmer weather. And I do "Hindu" pushups and squats, and pullups, two or three days a week.I find a little basic fitness does wonders for my state of mind,as does getting outdoors.

i just wonder... what are hindu pushups?
i usually do my pushups on the wrists or the fingertips for improving wrist stability (crucial for punching), but variation is always interesting.

but it's not enough
i go a bit over the top with my 4hour workout session
iv been doing weights since i was about 12 and heavy weights/strict workout since 14

Walking 3 miles at least once a week. Hit golf balls for an hour and a half 2-3 times a week, Light weightlifting 2-3 times a week using one dumbbell. During autumn and spring, rake leaves. Spring and summer, mow the grass. Winter, shovel snow.

I ride my bike when I'm at college. This summer, I walked to help get the stress out of me because of work. Also, this summer, I started Physical Theray (PT) to help improve my balance, my knees (family has bad knees), and stablizing my body. It was great and I really saw improvement in when I walked. This fall and winter, I'm going to walked and do PT. So, I'll be able to fight wildland fire in the summer.

A question for those of you who are experienced weightlifters. For the past year and a half, I have been using a high rep, low set routine. Two sets of 15 reps. In the summer, I started also incorporating, perhaps once a week or every other week, high sets, low reps....5 sets of 5 reps, using heavier weights. Should I switch over to only low reps, high sets, i.e. 5x5 or should I mix the set-rep combinations up, even including a hybrid such as 3 sets of 10 reps? I read in Men's Health magazine that for bulk and endurance , one uses high reps, low sets i.e. 15 reps, 3 sets, and that for strength, one uses low reps, high sets, i.e. 5 reps, 5 sets, using heavier weights.

Yes, I do. My basic workout schedule can be found here:
http://www.wrongplanet.net/postxf41914-0-60.html

The only difference is that I've since added back, legs, and lower body.

(The schedule only shows upper body, because that's all I cared about building when I started.)

I've been doing a 'hybrid' routine since April and I'm pretty happy with the results so far. I lift primarily to support my main sport of road cycling (and an occasional short triathlon), so I'm looking for both strength and stamina. But it may not be the best choice for someone looking to become a super-strong bodybuilder type.

I'm starting to work out again soon. Haven't worked out seriously since before the summer (could shrug 150 kg back then). Hope I haven't lost too much muscle mass ... :(

I'm training to do this- http://www.shinergasp.com/ - a 90-mile ride from Austin to the Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas. Maybe I'm crazy, but there's beer at the end of it so how bad can it be?

That sounds like fun!

I go to the Wellness Center at my college every day.

I use the elliptical machine in the cardio room, and most of the weight machines.

Sometimes I jog if the weather's nice.

I wish that I had the same drive that you guys have. The world stresses me out so much, that I feel that I need more rest, than exercise. I do manage to go for walks, though.
