I think it's like watching porn, masturbation is by far inferior to real sex health-wise and may cause men's brain to develop bad subconscious habits, like ejaculating fast.

This one study shows the big difference of hormones releases during masturbation vs real sex in men.

Bad is in the eye of the beholder. Ejaculating fast leaves more time for other things.

But it will make you develop premature ejaculation - which is problematic when you do it with a real partner.

That's exactly one of the dangers of masturbation that many of the pro-masturbation doctors fail to mention, also check on dopamine addiction related issues.

I was being slightly sarcastic.

I'm not sure if moderate fapping causes dopamine addiction, I assume that's more related to porn and/or excessive masturbation.

A lot of factors influence how hairy someone is and where the hair is.

The androgen DHT causes patterned baldness on the scalps of those who are genetically predisposed to it and have sufficiently high DHT levels.

Androgens in sufficient quantity also thicken and lengthen body hair in individuals. How hairy or bald a person gets is an individual thing though.

I dunno if it’s just me or some Doctors sometimes seem to be... really ignorant when it comes to nutrition?

From the researches I read, a low-fat diet does decrease T; yet he encouraged a low fat diet (to
decrease my LDL which was bit higher, and improving HDL which is very low) even tho my T fell a bit between the two tests; and on the third test he removed the T test and included only Cholesterol! I mean shouldn’t an already at-lower-end T be monitored during a lowering-fat diet?
My D level also never improved in all tests and he didn’t increase my D supplement dosage at all; shouldn’t this mean that I need more D?

I am starting to think that I gonna take my health with my own hand rather than relying on a doctor.

What dose did your Dr put you on? They should be doing further tests to investigate why your body isn't absorbing the vitamin.

It's a common problem here in my part of the world, vitamin D cannot be acquired enoughly from food alone, sun exposure on skin is the main 'source' for it.

It's a sunny world here yet our thick skins need way more sun exposure time (than let's say White european skin); and most people now work indoor in offices till early evening.

Because that doctor is idiot, that's why! And instead of asking for further tests , he only focused on the HDL/LDC and dismissed in the last test the already low Vitamin D and the far-from-optimal Testosterone (these two are very related too).
He never told me I should take it with a fatty meal. Closet Genius was right, vitamin D is only soluble by fat (liposoluble), and I was going on low-fat diet and drink alcohol 'moderately' while all that turned out to be bad for my already low T. level AND vitamin D.; my T level was 413 and I bet it's around 300 now after this low-fat diet and D was a very low number (because my sex drive really took a bad hit, I am in relationship with a girlfriend so I can tell....) - My new appointment (new doctor) is on 13th, i wanna show her the earlier blood tests and will tell what I found out in researches.
