Many people have a glass of wine at dinner----without much harm done.

What you do......is drink too much sometimes....and that gets you into trouble.

The bar situation is never good for somebody with Asperger's.

If you are actually an alcoholic (I don't know if you are one or not), even ONE drink is too much.

why is eve one drink to much?

Because, for an alcoholic, one drink frequently leads to something like 10 drinks. They have difficulty stopping after one.
