I got the urinary incontinence problem a year after starting 16 medications. I was in and out of psych hospitals and a year after starting them I got the urinary incontinence problem and ignored it than a year after that I started wearing pose pads, the very very light ones. I noticed when I became active, eating healthier, and started lessening my medication that the problem started to go away. I also was told by a sonogram person that I don't empty my bladder all the way which I have no idea what to do about that. But yeah that's basically my problem now. I never had it before 2008.

Last year when I was 37, after four exotic bean salads, fecal incontinence.

Almost happened a couple other times afterward, but barely arrived at the litterbox on time

Lately it seems to be getting worse

So I got a doctor note for work. That way I can go to the litterbox on the clock ⌚

Telecommute jobs more convenient

However not all jobs telecommute

For example my job, lot attendant, does not telecommute

allow me to offekr as a thought exercise this tidbit from the net and personal experience.
Also was involved in a major crush injury accident . beside upteen broken bones , there was significant damage to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems at the spinal cord.Had urination control problems most of my life since . see below . Interpet this how you wish:

Showing results for parasympathetic nervous systems role in urination
Search instead for parasympathic nervous systems role in urination.

In terms of urinary function, the parasympathetic nerves stimulate the detrusor to contract. Immediately preceding parasympathetic stimulation, the sympathetic influence on the internal urethral sphincter becomes suppressed so that the internal sphincter relaxes and opens.

btw these two nervous systems both are also helpful in understanding emotional responses in others.

I've always had issues. Even when I was potty trained I wasn't. I was sufficiently trained enough to start school on time but by the end of first grade i was wearing "training pants" and rubber pants to school and was diapered at home except for school scouts and synagogue. I was also not allowed to change myself. By 7th grade I was wearing diapers/nappies to Hebrew School and weekly scout meetings and training pants to campouts. After 9th grade and the finishing of my mandatory PE credits I was diapered full time. Been that way since.

My incontinence has been linked to other issues I have that were all used in determining that I had autism at 16. At first I was mortified by it but by college I just didn't care anymore.

In fact one of my best experiences came about b/c my brother tried to embarrass me. He drug his girlfriend in on a change, fully knowing it was happening. It backfired when she made a size comparison which resulted in him being grounded for 6 months.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that incontinence is a fact of life. Pills, surgeries and other procedures don't always work. Invasive catheterization can lead to infection and condom catheters fall off, even if sized properly. For me the best solution is incontinence briefs (diaper/nappy style.) No use worrying about it as most people are too oblivious to notice unless you're broadcasting it
