I've been following a variation of the Stronglifts 5x5 program for a couple of weeks. Everyone's already telling me I must have been losing weight because I'm looking slimmer.

One to two hours a day (sometimes multiple sessions) five days a week. Increased my bench press max to 245 vs. 175-185 range six months ago. Gained about fifteen pounds of muscle with practically no body fat. I'll do them in sessions. I'll work chest and arms one day, then back and biceps the next. I give myself at least three days rest on each group, and will work shoulders and abs, which in all honesty i'd become lazy with. However, the results I have are about to boost significantly since i've talked to a dedicated lifter who taught me some good bodybuilding tips as far as resistance and bloodflow and a few gym personell about routines and keeping the muscles growing. I will be 200 lbs and will train hard to achieve that, no excuses with lifting. As a friend of mine always says, "Man up, beast out!"
