That's what the other symptoms inquiry was about. I don't think hypoglycemia is very likely to result from a gym workout in someone with a normal metabolism. Adrenal hormones and glucagon regulate glucose hemeostasis quite effectively, and I don't think the cortisol variations found typically with the autism spectrum are significant enough to upset the glucose balance that much. I'll believe the evidence when it's available.
