Mist01. Welcome aboard. You sound closest to getting it so you are my hope right now!! !! !! !! !! !! !!

Conditioning for a sloppy turtle is fast than you think. #1 is don't hurt your wrists - stretch them daily.

I just get into the positiong and keep trying to put weight on the wrists and to put my butt in the air. Once you get it, you are all set for life. I can do a sloppy turtle for a few seconds. Do you want a pic or a video of me?

Sure. Ive never actually heard about it before until I stumbled apon this post.

I think a good way to train for this is to get into the same position, but lower your head to the ground, then just slowly tilt back until you complete it. That is...if I could even lift my legs off the ground. My core and back are really weak.

Nomadic, you should post a pic of you doing the turtle. I'll post mine in the coming weeks. I suck though.

Learning2Survive! I saw your new avatar as a signal you manage to do it! Then I went to this topic and wanted to enter the video but you have removed it, why?

Thanks!! !! !! !! ! Xalepax, Nomadic seemed to have dropped out of this project and he was my number one hope. I think it's just me here right now, but maybe one of the new members might jump in?

Have some patience with Nomadic, he might be busy for a while and returns to the forum. Or you can send him a PM and ask for his whereabouts... I was thinking I wanted to give it a try one day but it has to be on a moment when it can be appropiate and when I remember it....I would still love to see your video though

Stick your elbows into your gut. It'll help do it, lock it in there.
