Not totally. Only somewhat.

I know my BMI is 26.5 or so.

And I do have a little belly.

But----so what?

Do you run at least 3 miles a day at 10 minutes a mile, even in 30-degree Celsius heat?

Again sorry I don’t mean to come across as offensive. I am just quite interested in the accuracy of BMI.

I don't believe BMI is totally accurate. It has some basis--I don't go by it.

I go by what I can do. And how I look.
