How's your hand, babybird?

I had eye surgery last Friday and my eye is still really red. I have steroid and antibiotic drops to put in twice a day, I'm ok with that. I can see fairly well out of my eye and it's improving so that's good. :)

I was just thinking about my hand actually

It's quite painful but I can use it

I'm thinking that if there was a break in it it might have fused by now anyway so I'm not going to get it checked out unless it gets to where I can't use it

I'm gonna go and get it checked out on Monday

I can still use my hand but my little finger is getting more and more stiff by the day

To be honest though I have done a lot of manual work and climbing this week so maybe I just need to rest it

Another day wasted on sneezing fits.
On a verge of hay fever symptoms.

:x :x :x

Another hypothesis why my hormones are crap is because...

... Because I don't have enough fat.

 As if I'm not trying to gain some of it.
As if I'm not eating enough.

As if I don't have like 3-6 snacks in between meals and ending up blowing my savings over it on a yearly basis.

As if I can ignore my cravings and never gave in. Lots of it.

And still wonder -- still wonder why I'm not bulking up.

That maybe why I might be hormonal and needing more estrogen is because I don't have enough fat.

Burning fat seems to be too easy for me.
Oh, sure  that's practically the envy of so many; eating more and more without gaining much.

Except here I'm, complaining about it.
Why not be "grateful" that I get such "figure" and not have any "bodily insecurities"???

Yeah. Uhuh.
As if I'm not a truly asocial aroace autistic.
As if I'm one of those lonely types who desires attractiveness. Yeaaahhhh... Like I got the same old priorities as most people.

If I said that I cared about being healthy than being pretty...
100% that's not some cope-lie that many gym goers and people on a weight loss diet (that likely fail) say.

Oh sure, again -- I already experienced all enough pretty privileges.
Already got them all pleasant looking perks...

Except the external meant little to me.
Only the internal.

I already got my emotions a bit straightened up. My heart more still.
My head is still a bit off... All because my body IS being off.

I always thought tennis elbow was like a joke thing. I probably learned about it in the Beano. But here I am with tennis elbow which I've had for a couple of months now and it absolutely sucks. I never even played tennis. It hurts. And my arm is so weak. It's in my dominant arm too which means I use it all the time. For everything. So doing everything hurts. And then sometimes it just throbs even when I'm not using it. And nothing you do makes it any better, from what I can tell. You just have to wait for it to stop. I don't like it.

I am sorry to hear about your tennis elbow, DHB. That does sound troublesome for you, indeed.

A steroid injection helped my tennis elbow, but my partner said it made hers hurt worse.

I thought about a steroid jab last week when it was really getting me down. I read that it stops the pain short term but slows down healing long term. So i don't know.
