you are one of the lucky ones. there are many folk [including moi] who, outside of a short youthful window of tautness, must continuously fight the battle of the bulge tooth and nail, and often come up short. it is really tough for some people.

Have you tried protein and carb shakes? These can help you put on pounds quickly. I used to use these when doing workouts but they made me get fat. Sounds like what you need.

Yes, I use those. They certainly help. The biggest problem is that, while I do put on weight. Sometimes even a few pounds a month I have certain sensitivities to gluten and cleaning chemicals that sometimes lead me to start bleeding internally with a resulting crash in weight. Its an eternal battle, if only I could go live on some remote hilltop away from all of this junk...

WOW - that sounds severe! Have you seen a doctor specialising in digestive complaints (a gastrologist, I think is the term)? Also, perhaps a dietician might help?

You may have already done these but I mention them as bleeding from your digestive system is something to be taken very seriously.

Yes, been to the doctors. Got some nice pictures of what it looks like in there too. I keep to a pretty strict diet these days so mainly its being exposed to the wrong chemicals out in the real world that hits me these days.
