Stronger than the average girl, I guess. My step-dad says I'm really strong, but I don't believe him. :?

[quote="SanityTheorist"]I am decently strong, but when testosterone is pumping you are about 10 times as strong as normal, if not more,. That's why self defense usually ends up with the attacked winning often.

What do Muslims have anything to do with it?
And whaddaya know, I lived in Detroit in the 3rd grade lol.

Anyways,

Curls:30x12
Bench press:70x10
Squat:90x10-15
Deadlift:120x15
Clean n jerk:80x10

Pretty weak, but decent endurance, I say.

Carb depleted stats:

Bench Press : 70 kgs (one of my shoulder joints tend to bust up if I go heavier)
Dead lift: 150 kgs.
Squat to paralell or below: 90 kgs.

If your shoulder joints bust up if you bench press heavy, it may either mean that you're not bench pressing with your arms in an optimal position, or your shoulder pains may even be caused by a different exercise. I have shoulder problems, but I've still increased significantly in a matter of months because I cut dips from my routine.

Thanks for the tip. I did get a tip that I was benching in the "bodybuilder" position, rather than the "powerlifter" position, which does put more stress on the shoulder joint.

I like overhead pressing and incline benching more. I don't really care about getting chesticles though. But I think it's much safer on the shoulders. Only problem is it's a hard lift to increase the poundage on quickly. I've only went from 95lbs to 115 in like 7-8 months.

Try holding with a wider grip than you would when bench pressing. That helped me. :)

Well I don't really bench, but wider grip doesn't seem to help me. I have fairly narrow shoulders, so it just gives the shoulders an awkward stretch feeling I don't like. When I started, I could lift most totally closegripped, like on the edge of the knurls. But now, I usually go an inch out from the knurls.

I found adding some more volume definitely helped that lift.

I am athletic and fit.I am reasonably strong but have excellent coordination which might seem odd for an Aspie but the coordination comes from relentless practice not something I was gifted with.

You know what "They" say- "If you've met one Aspie...you've met one Aspie."

I have a lot better balance than most NT's do, it seems- took dance when I was younger, which I sorely-miss.

I am not really into lifting weights, but bodyweight exercises.

I can do push-ups with people sitting on my back for reps. The most I attempted (and succeeded at, btw) was 30.

Do not underestimate people who only workout using their own weight. You can get VERY strong from those kinds of exercises if you do it correctly.

That is very true. I used to lift more for hypertrophy, but I mostly do bodyweight exercises now since I find them better for endurance, and I like having high levels of endurance for lifting and cardio. I also use plates, chains, or weighted vests while doing some bodyweight exercises some days, and I still count them as bodyweight exercises. Occasionally, maybe once a week or two I will lift heavy free weights doing mostly compound lifts. Last time I checked about a week ago, I was able to lift 350lbs doing a conventional deadlift, at 145lbs. 2 reps, and one slightly sloppy rep that I won't count. I am way more functionally stronger and explosive after I quit trying to lift to look good and began working towards a higher purpose. Bodyweight exercises rock! *high five... Just finished doing a 30 minute run and 140 hindu squats... I could go for a steak right about now.

I'm not a power house and never have been, in seventh grad I was 130 lbs 59kg now at one inch taller I just weighed in at 169lbs 76.7kg A lot more muscles. I ran cross country and boxed. Because of my endurance I won 90% of my boxing matches and I went in to the ring like my opponent had done me some terrible injustice. I used speed and psychology to win my matches hit em at lest 6 times for every one of there hits make then think you're the fastest man in the world. Boxing was cut due to rising insurance cost. Now I jog and take Taekwondo twice a week I'm a lot stronger now then then. But I dislike fighting realized I all way have, boxing was just away to get aggression out. I hurt people to release all the tension of acting normal all the time. Looking back It was a bad thing but at the time it seemed a perfect solution.
