I envy those who can eat as they want and remain naturally thin. I spent over 10 years with anorexia and then, after recovering, I developed an underactive thyroid which means I can never go back to being anywhere near thin. Even reaching 126 would be hard now, I think. I am 5'10 and around 133. But I eat a lot, I want to eat less. I average around 2000 a day, sometimes more, and do 2 hours of exercise 4-5 times a week.

133 is not a bad weight for you, especially with your height. You don't need to lose weight.

I do find myself wondering what the point is. My ideal of beauty does admittedly tend towards the slender...but definitely not the anorexic. Or, as I like to call it, wraif (I'll let you figure out how I cooked up that word).

I wonder how much of it REALLY has to do with aesthetics, though, and how much with allegation of status...

I don't care what weight women are, so long as they are healthy. In fact, it's nice if a girl is cuddly. I do not find myself attracted to really skinny or really overweight girls, but I don't care, it's the personality that counts. I'm moderately bulky, i.e quite overweight, but not very overweight, nowhere near obese, and I'm quite strong as well. Alot of people are too worried about their weight, and conforming to society, and less about their health.

That's true - health is more important.

Very skinny people often do not reach their potential in life anyway.

When I was very underweight (I'm back to optimal weight now and am doing cross-country running), I mistook combustion for photosynthesis!
