Although I eat many things, I always come back to the same staples: hazelnut spread sandwiches, popcorn and sprouts. Little preparation, lots of satisfaction, and keeps me in operation.
I think of myself as having Royalty Disease: I would be perfectly happy eating a different thing every meal if I had servants to source, store and prepare my food, and do the washing up afterward. A bell would simply be rung at meal times after which I could go back to what I was doing without having to deal with anything to do with food.
