I know it's not much but am slowly improving.

Just over month ago I started the 5x5 stronglifts thing, And well I have stalled a few times but any how.

I started my Bench press/Squat/Deadlift at Barweight and 15kgx2 + Bar weight for the deadlift.

Am now doing 15kgx2(30kg)+20kg(Barweight) Bench press, 22.5x2kg(45kg) + 20 kg Barweight Squats. And 30kgx2 + 20 Barweight Deadlifts. I must admit I've been neglecting my deadlifts.

I weigh 10.10 stone.

Won't lie I've no idea if this is good or not but I'm feeling good and looking decent so am happy.

Tried sumo deadlifts for the first time today. I only managed about 2/3 of my regular deadlifts, which further fuels my suspicions: My lower back is strong, but my glutes and hips are crappy.

I do gymnastics strength training. My goal is to be able to do stuff like a full planche, front and back levers, one arm chin-ups, handstand work and things like that. I really love bodyweight training. I don't want to mess around with dumbbells and especially not those big gym machines. The more minimalistic the better, I think. :)

Currently I can do tuck planches. I'm getting pretty close to straddle front lever. I can do maybe 10 pistol squats (one-legged squats). I can do a slow and controlled muscle-up on rings and a kipping muscle-up on the bar. I can do a few handstand push-ups against the wall but I don't have the balance yet to do a free-standing handstand.
