RUNNER TRAINING FOR A MARATHON WHAT'S UP!! !! (So I don't think I'm fat, and if you call me fat AT ALL, I will race you and beat you....badly, and you will be sad. That's right)
(Oh, and I am almost vegan, right now lacto-vegetarian, and picky, that probably has an effect).

How far are you running and how frequently do you run? [I run distance too, and also am a lacto-vegetarian]

About 123-128 lbs as of now--I tend to get depressed and lose weight regularly though

I'm am close to getting into a shape I'd always wanted to be in. Back in High School I did a lot of sports and was rather slim. When I got injured, I stopped sports alltogether, without changing my diet, though. I was close to to becoming outright fat at around 135 kg (about 300 lbs). I made myself a plan, went to the local gym, signed a contract for extra classes. I lost about 80 pounds in 2 years, gained about 10 pounds and muscles, and as another positive side effect, am proficient in four martial arts. my goal is to reduce my weight to around 95 kg (about 210 lbs), while still losing 15 kg of fat and gaining another 5 kg of muscles.

At one point a few years ago:

6ft 2in/6-3
over 450lbs (scale had a limit of 450 lbs)

Right now I am:

6ft 2in/6-3
210lbs and still trying to lose more weight

Do not know how much more I need to lose ( due to the...excess skin :x ), but I am much closer to the healthy weight range for a male. Hopefully soon that skin will be removed and liquidated in the near future, though I know the $$$ will not come from insurance.

Depending on your build it might be a good weight for you. I'm 5'9" have a smallish build, and I look fat if I weigh 170. I'm about where I should be 157, my goal weight is 150. I'm what's called "skinny fat".

Congratulations on your transformation. You are a success story of how hard work, exercise and a healthy diet can turn your life around.

Anyway I am 5ft 10/5-11 and weigh around 180 pounds.

So often people are concerned with losing weight, but I look at others and am jealous. I battle a chronic breathing illness so it's really nice when I manage to put on a pound or two here and there as a buffer. It means that when I catch a cold I don't drop down to 90lbs (which is not fun at all in case you were wondering).
