If I did not have food allergies, knew how to cook, and was not a picky eater, I would not have any fat on me. My shoulders, arms, and calves are harder than bricks, but I hate my stomach.

Anyone know how to transfer all of my fat on my stomach to the other parts of my body so it can burn off without having to change anything?

I am 27 female, 5'4" and really really fat. I hate it and me so I don't need any lectures. Goal: to lose more than 1/2 of my weight by next June.

I'm 5'3" and 125 lbs or so.
I've lost 75 or so since February, with a prescription weight loss pill.
I want to keep losing (to 100), but am suffering from severe medical problems from the rapid weight loss, and years and years of extreme dieting.

good job! :wtg:
it is important to build up muscle, as that is the calorie-burning engine of your body. where oprah ran into trouble the first time [with her fat piled high in the little red wagon] was not building muscle, so the impossibly birdfeed-meager diet she was on was not practiceably sustainable. she had better luck the next time because her trainer insisted on muscle-building exercises for her. 10# per month is a prudent rate of weight loss, plus that will give the skin a better chance of shrinking without sagging.

This really is true- I've been trying to run lately for the first time (not just walk) and though I've shed so much weight, I just can't because I've starved away so much muscle- it's not a cardiovascular thing, I just can't manage more than very short bursts before my legs feel like giving out. Pathetic. :)

Ridiculous. No reason to risk your health, 5'3" 100 is unreasonably tiny.

Granted I am a dude but I feel like 120-125 is a perfect size for a girl that's 5'3", 100 is way too thin.
