I'm assuming you mean 30F? If so, then yes, that's freaking cold and probably not conducive to surfing enjoyment...

I recently went on a surf trip to the tropics where the water was almost 30C! It was soooo good.

I surf pipeline and sunset on more manageable days. If you've been out here you know what the unmanageable days are at Pipeline...monstrous

I body board but given I live 3 hours from any decent waves and the weather here in England is that warm most of the time, I only get to go about 3-4 times a year :(

I wish to learn how to surf I see myself as a future surfer after watching the movie soul surfer I have been obsessed with surfing and I cant wait to learn how to surf 8)

I've always wanted to try surfing but I really don't do well in sunlight. Plus after growing up on the beach in South Florida I've grown to hate it. If there was a way to try it out indoors I would love to. =)
