Done 2 workouts and 2 jogs this week, improved my sit up quota and started trying some new poses in my yoga which were previously very difficult to strain myself into holding for more than a couple minutes, will take a while but improving my core helps everything and I can feel my bones are able to handle the slow evolution of my fitness regime.

Had a two mile walk this evening churning some thoughts, can't do any hard cardio for a bit due to that pesky blood blister, done another workout this afternoon so keeping up with my three wo's a week, increased my various weight lifts by 5 on days my limbs aren't creaking.
